Yes. The Vegan Ramen is built on house-made spinach noodles, marinated tofu and a soy-based broth.

Is there a gluten-free noodle?

No. There is no gluten-free noodle in any bowl. Some dishes can be prepared without gluten, so ask the floor.

What allergens are on the menu?

Soy, wheat, shellfish, egg and dairy are all present across the menu.

It opened in 2020 and it is the newest format in the house: one long counter, an open kitchen you watch from, and the largest beer program of the seven.

Tajima opened this room in 2020 and built it around one long counter. The kitchen is open to it, so the pass is in front of you while you eat. Every bowl on the list comes out of it: tonkotsu, the Red, the Black and the White, spicy sesame, chicken, and the vegan bowl with our house-made spinach noodles. See the menu.

The noodles are made in our own Noodle Room in Crown Point, and the broth is simmered there every morning and driven out before service.
